Pediatrics Departments is especially prioritizing the importance of breastfeeding in development of the baby. Moreover, phenylketonuria and hypothyroidism are screened in heel blood samples of all newborns in our department.
Physical, social and psychological development of babies is assessed and they are immunized in line with the recommendations of Ministry of Health and World Health Organization.
Our units also inform parents in detail about chronic diseases of childhood.
